  • Who Can Apply?: Applicants can be teachers, administrators, counselors, nurses, librarians, SROs or anyone employed with the Biloxi Public School District that directly works with the student body on a regular basis.
  • Where Should Applications Be Sent?: Grant applications should be emailed to Dr. Misty Spencer @ misty.spencer@biloxischools.net
