I received my degree in Elementary Education in 1998 from the University of South Alabama, and I have been teaching at Jeff Davis ever since.  I love teaching. I feel it is my calling in life, especially teaching young people the joys of reading and writing. When not busy in my classroom, I can be found spending time with my husband and two beautiful girls or hiding somewhere with a good book.
