Welcome to Eighth Grade Math!
I am looking forward to an awesome year. A little about myself: I have a B.S. in Education and an M.Ed. from Mississippi State University. I am certified in several areas from Kindergarten to Grade 12. I have taught math in several grades, and eighth graders are my absolute favorite.
My husband and I recently moved to the Coast from central Mississippi, and we love it here. We have three children - Erin (4th yr medical student at UMMC), Sam (Computer Engineer in Huntsville, AL) and Reagan (senior at Mississippi State)
This school year will be my 19th year teaching Junior High/Middle School and my 15th year teaching 8th grade math.
Calculators
We use the Texas Instruments TI30XIIS in eighth grade. If you would like one for at-home use, they can be found in several stores such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, etc.
Extra Help
I am available for extra help every Tuesday Afternoon
