Gabby Scarbrough
My name is Gabby Scarbrough, and I will be teaching 5th Grade Inclusion/Resource for the 2023-2024 school year! This will be my third year teaching, but my first at Biloxi Upper Elementary. l graduated from The University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor's in Special Education.
I am excited about being a part of BUE this year and look forward to helping your children succeed and achieve their goals!
