My name is Kayla Pitalo-Rager and I am a special education teacher at North Bay Elementary. This is my 3rd year teaching in the Biloxi Public School District. I have a dual bachelor's degree in elementary education and special education from The University of Southern Mississippi. Working with children is my passion. I love helping them reach their highest potential in the classroom. I am so excited about joining the North Bay Family this school year! When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Christian, and our two children, Noah and Magnolia. I also enjoy reading, traveling, Disney, Harry Potter, beach trips, and crafting!
