Hello! My name is Mrs. Meagan Boatner and I will be your child's 4th grade teacher this year. This year, my 4th grade class will not be swapping or changing classes with another group. I will be your child's teacher for all subjects all year. YAY! This is my 6th year working with the Biloxi Public School District, but my first year at North Bay Elementary. I am excited to embark on this new adventure with you all by teaching and watching your child grow in his or her academic career. 

I am originally from Quitman, Mississippi. My family still lives there and we go home often to fish and cruise on the pontoon boat. I graduated from Mississippi State University (HAIL STATE!) in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with concentrations in Reading, English, and Social Studies. 

My husband and I have been married for 6 years and we have two children: Case (3) and Marcy (11 months). Our house is full of all things Disney, dinos, babydolls, and all things Hail State! We love the coast and are having a blast raising our family here.

I can't wait to grow in my classroom family here at North Bay with all of you. Let's have a great year!
