    Hi! I'm Jane Hicks and I am the Academic and Behavior Strategist here at Biloxi Upper Elementary. I'm a coast native and have worked at BUE for the past six years. This is my 13th year in education. Before transitioning to this position, I worked as a Special Education inclusion and resource teacher.
