Dear Biloxi Upper Parents/Guardians,

As we continue to practice social distancing and hold school remotely, please know that our teachers have been working diligently to prepare lessons and activities to engage your children while at home. 

Lessons per grade-level subject area will be made available via Google Classroom for our students to access for this upcoming week.  A weekly overview of this information will also be posted on our school's website.  In addition, hard copies of the instructional materials will be placed outside of the school on Monday from 4:00-6:00 for you to access at your convenience.  We will have a table labeled for each grade level.  There will also be a labeled table for you to return completed work assignments from this week that is coming to a close.  Please be sure to have your child's name and grade written on the submitted work.

Everyone has been most impressive in working together to address the situation in which we have found ourselves.

We certainly miss our students and the routine of school, but our top priority remains health.  Together, we will persevere.

Please do not stress yourselves out over the coursework.  The overwhelming majority of our children know how to navigate Google Classroom.  They have been using it regularly all school year.  Your schedules will greatly vary as will your ability to oversee your child's engagement with the lessons.  We understand this.  We only ask for our students to put forth effort as we do not want regression, but we understand that everyone's circumstances will be unique.
