NEW **Don't forget the Wellness/Prevent. Services -currently $250 before deductible
for this calendar year.-$300 if you complete a Risk Assessment on the plan's website-
www.healthytogether.net/mississippi -The total amount will increase to $1,000 on 1/01/08,
but you must complete a Risk Assessment in order to receive this benefit. For more info Go to

Recent Insurance Changes
NEW ** If you have the Aetna State Life Insurance, the annual increase in premium, if your
salary increased, will be deducted from your October paychecks. Your Aetna State Life premium is
based on your annual salary, doubled x $.12 per 1,000. The minimum coverage is $30,000 and max is $100,000.
