Classroom consequences

1st offense W=warning lose 5 minutes of recess

2nd offense 2=lose 1/2 of recess

3rd offense 3= lose all of recess for that day

4th offense 4=detention and note home

5th offense 5= office referral

Severe disruption= immediate referral to the office
