Consequences for Classroom Behavior Plan

Green- Great Day no problems

Yellow- Step 1: Verbal warning to explain what is expected/ Not allowed.

Orange- 5-10 minutes of isolated recess/ note in binder.

Orange- Step 3 isolated lunch call parent.

Red- Step 4: Progress Report Sent Home All recess isolated play.

Blue- Step 5: Sent to office
