Homework

All homework assignments will be written in the appropriate box (date) within the student planner for your signature each evening. Please be sure to sign next to your child's assignments in their daily planner. Written homework is usually assigned each night except for Friday nights.

Please be sure to read with your child each night.  He/she should read their current A.R. book.  Spelling, Vocabulary, Science and Social Studies lists or guides should be studied along with DOL sentences or English worksheets. Math facts and skills should also be practiced each night (addition, subtraction, multiplication, counting money, measurement, etc.).

Please be sure to go over all of your child's homework.  Correcting mistakes is one strategy that helps with the learning process.  Also, please go over all of your child's daily work. It should be in his/her homework folder/binder.
