Michel Student council is composed of elected students. They meet bi-monthly on Tuesdays after school from 3:00 - 4:00.
What does our council do? According to our constitution, the objectives of the Student Council are the following:
To foster and promote the best interests of the school
To develop more interest in the activities and accomplishments of the school body
To promote and enhance student relations
To maintain any services as they rise for the benefit of the school body
To foster and develop new ideas for the student body
To address and discuss student issues, ideas, and concerns to the appropriate level of administration
To promote and enhance relations between the school and the community
To work harmoniously with the administration, faculty, staff, and school board
The elected representatives and officers of the student body, are here to serve the students, staff, administration, and community. Throughout the year, the Student Council organizes activities for the student body, participates in community service programs, and serves as a student voice to the administration.
