Welcome to Biloxi Junior High School! Please take a few minutes to read and discuss the following class rules and consequences. We believe that every child has the right to the best education possible. For that reason, the following discipline plan has been developed.

Expected Behaviors:

1. Come Prepared To Learn: Be in your assigned seat with all required materials before the tardy bell sounds.

2. Allow Others To Learn: Be attentive and respectful of others in the classroom.

3. Follow Instructions: Carefully listen and follow directions when they are given.

4. Strive for Excellence: Use class time wisely and reach for the stars.

Consequences:

Step 1     Warning. Verbal and /or written warning.

Step 2     Conference with student. Contact parent/guardian.

Step 3     Detention. Parent contacted.

Step 4      Office referral.

SEVERE INFRACTIONS OF CONDUCT WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE OFFICE REFERRAL.

It is in your child's best interest that we work together. Thus, should your child's conduct in my room be disruptive, I will be in contact with you, so we can work together to correct the problem.
