About Me

 

I am a native Mississippian. I was born in Hattiesburg in 1967.

The schools that I attended were Runnelstown and Petal Schools. I am a 1985 graduate of Petal High School.

After high school, I attended Jones County Junior College in Ellisville, Mississippi.

In 1990, I graduated with my teaching degree from the University of West Florida. I hold a license to teach general science, biology, social studies, and English.

After transferring to the Gulf Coast from North Dakota, I began teaching general science at Biloxi Junior High in 2004.

My husband is a retired member of the Air Force. We have two teenagers and an English bulldog.

We have been stationed in Florida, Alaska, and North Dakota.

I graduated from William Carey University with a Masters Degree in Education in 2008.
