1. Must participate in all class activities                                        

2. Must follow all pool rules (see attached rules)                            

3. Must show respect toward pool employees and instructors 

4. Must not endanger anyone including oneself     on pool premises.

5. Must be dressed and on time every class unless cleared with instructor or a student pass.

6. Must not leave premises without teacher’s dismissal or approval

7. Must not damage nor destroy any pool property                        

8. Must stay out of designated areas, office area, pump room, water heater room & storage room unless accompanied by a pool employee or instructor.                                                          

9. Must have instructor’s permission for any use of the Natatorium phone

10.  Must follow all school rules (this is considered school property during school hours)

1. Obey the lifeguard.

2. Swimsuits only. Male suits must have a drawstring and a liner.

3. No cotton material of any kind allowed in the pool

4. No running anywhere at the Natatorium.

5. No diving in shallow end. Only dive in designated areas.

6. No hanging on ladders, starting blocks, diving boards, or lane ropes

7. Lap lanes are for lap swimmers only.

8. Do not leave valuables in dressing rooms.

9. No fighting, horseplay or excessive noise in the facility.

10. Stay off the lifeguard stands.

11. No loitering or talking to lifeguards on duty.

12. Spitting, spouting water, blowing nose, discharge of bodily waste, etc in

      the pool is strictly prohibited.

1ST OFFENSE – VERBAL WARNING 

2ND OFFENSE – PARENTS CALLED

3RD OFFENSE – TEACHER/STUDENT/PARENT CONFERENCE

4TH OFFENSE – STUDENT WILL BE PLACED ON THE SCHOOL DISCIPLINE LADDER

*THE CONSEQUENCES ARE DUE TO CHANGE WITH MORE SEVERE AND/OR SAFETY ISSUES
