New to Biloxi?

If you are new to Biloxi and wanting to register your child in school, you will need the following:

• Mississippi Certificate of Immunization - 121 Form (out of state only)

• Certified Birth Certificate

• Social Security Number

• Two Proofs of Residency

• Verification of Grade Level (report card or withdrawal form)

***You should also bring contact information from previous school and any custody papers (if applies)***
