6:00 p.m.         Welcome Meeting (Please eat before the clinic as there will be no supper break.)

                        Jazz Band Clinic Concert

6:45 p.m.          Rehearsals Begin         

7:30 p.m.         Director’s Observation of Rehearsals

9:00 p.m.          Director’s Observation of Rehearsals Ends

9:15 p.m.          Rehearsals End

Saturday

 8:00 a.m.          Rehearsal

10:30 a.m.        GCBDA Meeting

11:30 a.m.        Lunch Rotation (Meals provided on campus cost $5)

                                    Red Band – 11:30 – 12:30

                                    White Band – 11:40 – 12:40

                                    Blue Band – 11:50 – 12:50

                                    Gold Band – 12:00 – 1:00

1:00 p.m.          All Bands in Rehearsal 

2:30 p.m.          Rehearsals End (Dress for Concert)

3:30 p.m.          Concert

Reminders

 ·        Wear band uniforms for the concert.  No majorette uniforms, please.

·        BRING A CLEARLY MARKED MUSIC STAND.

·        All percussion equipment will be furnished except snare drums and mallets.  Have your own sticks.

·        Their band directors, not band parents, should accompany all students.

·        All students must be present and on time for the concert and all rehearsals.

·        If you cannot attend the clinic due to illness or some other problem, notify your band director.  Band directors should notify the executive council immediately of cancellations.

·        Name tags must be worn at all times.

·        BRING A PENCIL!
