Classroom Procedures for Mrs. Schafer’s Class

 1.     Be in class before the bell.

2.     Put homework assignments in my in-box.

3.     Get materials out ready to use.  If you need to sharpen your pencil, do so before the bell.

4.     Check your box, then take a seat.

5.     Stand up for the Pledge of Allegiance.

6.     Listen, without talking, to the announcements

7.     Bell ringers can be started during announcements, and are to be completed quickly.

8.     During class assignments, listen attentively to the teacher.  Talking during instructional time will not be tolerated.  One warning will be given, followed by a detention.  Continued behavior will result in an office referral.

9.     When given time to complete assignments in class, be on task.

10.  If you need to use the restroom, raise two fingers, crossed, so I’ll know what you’re asking.

11.   When leaving the room, you must have a pink pass and must sign out, then back in on the sign out sheet.

12.   Sleeping or laying heads on desks will not be allowed.  One warning will be given, followed by a detention.  Continued behavior will result in an office referral.

13.  Before leaving class, put books under your desk, completed assignments in my in-box, and incomplete assignments taken home for homework, or put into your box for completion the following day.
