Warning!!

Applying for financial aid should never cost more than a postage stamp!!  An upfront fee is not needed for scholarship or loan applications.  No one can guarantee you will win a scholarship - legitimate scholarship applications require time and energy.  Never give out credit card or bank account information to any award provider.  There are many scholarship scams in operation.  A scam may use words like "national," "education", or "federal" or have an official looking seal.  The federal government and the U. S. Department of Education do not endorse private businesses.   Scholarship information can be obtained free of charge from the Career Center and/or any of the legitimate scholarship searches linked above.
