• 6th Grade Wetlands Web Pages
  • Salt marsh Riddles - Power Points done by 4th graders, they did research on  different animals and turned their research into "clues"  that help you guess their animal.  Students chose a background  for their slide that shows the animals .  They animated their slide to give each clue one by one then they ask,  "Who am I?"  The last items to "pop up" are the animal's name and a picture of it.

  • Story Starters-Halloween in the Wetlands: students chose an animal picture from our site, they copied and pasted it into Power Point. They added 3 Halloween cliparts to create a story. They wrote a story that went along with the picture and clipart. Click here to see examples.
  • Wetland poems-students used a wetlands animal picture for fill in an autoshape in Microsoft Word. They added text and wrote a poem about the animal. Click here to see an example.
