I am currently the special education LSC chair. Over the years, I have been involved with Special Olympics as a coach and an Area Director. I have been involved in nearly every sport as a volunteer! I have been a department chairmen for special education. I have been a Girl Scout leader. I am a member of NEA and MEA. I have been a Foster Parent in North Carolina.

I have the BEST Family EVER! Married 6 years to Alvin Hayes-retired Navy Chief. 3 daughters! Kristin 17-Senior at Biloxi High and owns her own business, Katie 20 just got married in July to Tanner, goes to college & works, and Amanda 22 who lives in Michigan and goes to college & works! I am so proud of my family and am honored to be their mother!

FAMILY! TRAVEL! Helping people get HEALTHY! We own our own business: Nutrition Solutions on Pass Rd. We help with weight loss and wellness! We have a smoothie bar!

I am married to Jim Clemons, an insurance agent. I have one son, Keith McGeorge who just turned 24 and is graduating from the University of Arkansas - Little Rock on December 13th.

Hobbies

I sing in the choir and I ring handbells at Beauvoir UMC. I also enjoy mentoring and preparing my students for competitions such as Quiz Bowl, ACE and VEX Robotics competitions. I like to read books on World History and historical fiction. I also like to paint landscapes and sea scapes (and children's faces!).
