Students of Beauvoir Elementary would like to thank our guest speakers. Jimerson Sr. , Black History program coordinator; Candace Taylor, nurse technician at Cedar Lake Medical Center; Ricky Lewis Jr. artist and former professional baseball player.

Mrs. Melaney, 6th grade teacher presented a Power Point slide show on Black History.

The fifth and second grade choir sang " What a Wonderful World" and "Down By the River Side."

Mr. Rickey Lewis told students that he was very sad and disappointed when he couldn't play baseball any more.

Now, he works very hard and gives his best effort in his art.

Sixth graders play " We Shall Overcome" on the bells.

Fourth graders play " When the Saints Go Marching In" on recorders.

Morgan Manuel accompanies them on piano.

Ms. Margie Bennett shows students why she was a top recording artist and song writer.

Ms. Candace Taylor, a former Beauvoir student, also sang a musical selection .

Mr. Clemon P. Jimerson Sr. is a second grade teacher at Beauvoir and the coordinator of our "Celebration of Success" program.  Thanks Mr. Jimerson!
