Dr. Laurie Pitre, Principal
Dr. Laurie Pitre began as the principal at North Bay in February of 2001. She moved to the Coast in 2000 from Jackson, MS. She grew up in McComb, MS. Dr. Pitre graduated with a B.A. in elementary education from Millsaps College. She received her masters degree in elementary education and her certification in Administration from Mississippi College. She is a member of the National Association of Elementary School Principals and the Association of Supervision and Curriculum Development. Dr. Pitre recieved her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Southern Mississippi. Dr. Pitre is married to David Pitre, and has two daughters, Madeline Grace and Sophia Marie.
Mrs. Aline Balius, Assistant Principal
Ms. Aline Balius began as the assistant principal at North Bay in July of 2011 and has been employed by the Biloxi Public School District for 23 years. She has lived on the Coast all of her life in Biloxi or Ocean Springs and is a Biloxi High School graduate. Ms. Balius has a Masters Degree and certification in Elementary Education K-8, a Specialist Degree with certification in Educational Administration K-12, and a Library Media K-12 certification.
