All performances and practices are graded and mandatory.  Please schedule work, trips, and appointments accordingly.

Every Monday after school until 5pm- full band rehearsal

Every Tuesday after school until 3:30pm- Percussion and Guard rehearsal

Aug. 14- Jamboree-home

Aug. 21- South Jones game- home

Aug. 28- St. Martin game- away

Sept. 4- Fountainbleau game- home

Sept. 11- D’Iberville game- away

Sept. 25- Petal game- home

Oct. 2- George County game- home

Oct. 3- Marching Contest- TBA

Oct. 7-8- Band rehearsal during 7^th period for all band students

Oct. 9- Ocean Springs game- away

Oct. 10- State Marching Festival- Gulfport

Oct. 16- Pascagoula game- away- Friday night game (This is a change from original schedule)

Oct. 23- Harrison Central game- home

Oct. 24- State Marching Band Championship- Jackson- if qualified

Oct. 30- Hancock game- away

Nov. TBA- Lion’s Band Auditions (optional, but highly recommended)  

Nov. 6- Gulfport game- home

Dec. TBA - Winter Concert

Dec. 4- Christmas Parade- 6:00 PM

Dec. 28-31- Chick-fil-a Peach Bowl trip- Atlanta- (optional, but highly recommended)

Jan. 9- GCBDA auditions (optional, but highly recommended)

Jan. 18- MLK Parade- 11:00 AM

Jan. 22-23- GCBDA Clinic

Feb. 16- Mardi Gras Parade- 1:00 PM

Mar. 8-12- State Contest

Mar. 13- St. Patrick’s Day Parade

May TBA- Spring Concert

May TBA- Band Banquet

May 23- Graduation

Other events may be added at the discretion of the administration and Band staff.  Advanced notification will be given.
