Host will operate races on a rolling schedule.

Notify runners and have them ready.

 

RACE RULES

Remind runners to turn in finish cards to their head coach as soon as possible. PRINT the first and last names of the runner and the name of the school. We will record official times. Coaches' responsibilities also include filling out scoring envelopes and turning them in to the scorer's table.

Only 7 runners allowed in each Varsity race. An unlimited number of runners may be entered in the Jr. Varsity and Jr. Hi races. (Jr. Varsity races not scored)

Each school's runners must wear the same color top.

Each runner is responsible for receiving his/her finish card before exiting the finish chute. No finish card will be issued to a runner exiting the chute.

No aid may be given to a runner while he/she is competing.

Any runner not following the marked course, and identified by a course marshall, will be disqualified.

Any runner reported and identified as deliberately cutting in front of another runner, blocking the progress of another runner, or cutting any portion of the course will be disqualified.
