Recently, the Culinary Arts I students participated in a cooking demonstration with three chefs from the IP Casino in their new facility at the Career Technology Center on the Biloxi High campus.  Executive Chef, Chris Poplin did a meat fabrication lesson on how to trim, select and prepare beef.  Chef Anthony Rametta, Asst. Chef, had students prepare Lyonnaise potatoes, sautéed mushrooms and onions and grilled asparagus.  Chef Dianna Allard, Room Chef had students prepare Caesar salad with garlic croutons.  During the meal preparations, students were able to practice their culinary skills taught in class.
