The Biloxi High School Air Force Junior ROTC Drill Team competed in the Coca-Cola National Drill Championship in Montgomery, Ala., on Saturday against 34 teams from around the country.
The Biloxi squad, commanded by Cadet Capt. Regene Hall, placed 1st, winning the National Championship in Female Color guard.
Other members of the National Champion Female Color Guard team were Cadet Maj. Autry Monroe, flag bearer; Cadet Capt. Deedra Keys-Switzer, rifle guard; and Cadet 1Lt Karyn Robinson, rifle guard.
Second place in Individual Exhibition drill was won by Drill Team Commander Cadet Col. Richard Meuse.
Third place in Dual Exhibition Drill was won by Cadet Capt. Andre White and Cadet Capt. Eric Henry.
Third place in Unarmed Regulation Drill was commanded by Cadet Capt Camilia Meza, 4th place in Male Color Guard was commanded by Cadet Capt Andre White.
And 4th place in Armed Exhibition Drill was commanded by Cadet Col. Richard Meuse.
