As many as 600 runners are expected to complete Saturday in the Biloxi Cross Country Invitational at the stadium on the Biloxi High School campus.

A fun run for elementary students begins at 8 a.m., with a varsity girls run at 9 a.m., and varsity boys at 9:30. The junior high and junior varsity teams will follow those races.

Sea of red: Players and coaches will be looking for a sea of red at this evening's football contest with Ocean Springs. Kickoff is at 7 p.m. Fans are encouraged to wear red.

Indian Walk: Because of the 7 p.m. kickoff, the captains will walk at 6:48 p.m. and the team will walk at 6:50 p.m. Those interested in taking part in the pre-game Indian Walk should line up by 6:40 p.m.
