Free physicals to be offered Tuesday
4/5/2010

The Biloxi Athletic Department and North Bay Therapy will be hosting free athletic physicals on Tuesday for the 2010-2011 school year.

The physicals will be held in the Biloxi High Sports Arena beginning at 2:10 p.m. for the high school and 3 p.m. for the junior high school.

All athletes wanting the free physicals must have a physical form filled out and signed by a parent/guardian. Forms were distributed before spring break.

Junior high athletes wanting to get the physicals will be bussed to the high school, but must have a parent/guardian signed physical form to board the bus. Students without the signed form will not be allowed to ride the bus to the high school.

The Mississippi High School Activities Association suggests that all 6th graders entering 7th grade for the 2010-2011 school year must get a physical from their primary physician; therefore, they will not be allowed to participate in the free physicals.

For more information, can call the Athletic Department 228-435-6310.
