Biloxi Public Schools will be in session today at their usual times.

District leaders, aware that wet winter conditions could delay school buses, had said that a final determination would be made this morning.

Said Superintendent Dr. Paul A. Tisdale: "This is the final decision: school is in. We're advising students and staff to dress warmly and drive safely."

Temperature in Biloxi this morning at 5 was 35 degrees, with winds from the Northwest at 9 mph creating a wind chill of 28 degrees.
