Hayden Scott Tolley of Biloxi has completed the requirements for and been found worthy of the rank of Eagle Scout by an Eagle Scout Board of Review.

A special Court of Honor will be held on Saturday, Nov. 12 at the Bay Breeze Event Center at Keesler Air Force Base to formally name him an Eagle Scout.

Hayden is a Cadet Captain in the Biloxi High Air Force Junior ROTC program. He is also a member of the AFJROTC Elite Drill Team and has received many awards, including a National Recognition from the Sons of the American Revolution.
