| A Biloxi senior's essay about America has been named one of the Top 100 in the country.
Chris Boulanger of Biloxi High School competed against 7,600 students ages 13 to 18 from across the country who answered the challenge to write an essay titled "What's Great About America?" after viewing John Stossel's Fox News special of the same name.
