With the Lady Indians down to their final out, Danielle Darmohray brought in two runs to knot the game with Pascagoula at 4-4 to force extra innings, and the Lady Indians secured a playoff berth by winning 6-5 after eight innings on senior night.
Darmohray also drove in two runs in the third to give Biloxi an early 2-0 lead.
With pitcher Brittany Lang in the midst of striking out a school single game record 17 batters, it looked as if the 2-0 lead would hold.
However, in the top of the seventh, Pascagoula scored four times to seize a 4-2 lead before Darmohray drove in Ariel Russell and Sara Williams to tie the game.
The Lady Panthers scored once in the eighth to grab a 5-4 lead, but Nikki Brown ended the game with a two-RBI double to hand Biloxi the victory.
The Lady Indians close the regular season Monday at Ocean Springs. They will face the champion of Division 8-6A, either Harrison Central or Petal, in the first round of the playoffs.
