The Biloxi Athletic Department and North Bay Therapy will be holding free sports physicals on April 19, after school, in the Biloxi High Sports Arena.

Student athletes must have a physical form signed by the parent to participate in the free physical.

Physical forms will be given out the week of April 11 by the coaches of all sports. Physical forms will be available in the Athletic Office for anyone needing to pick one up, or you can print one by clicking here.

Biloxi Junior High students will be bused to the high school for the physicals. The Junior High students must have a parent-signed physical form to board the bus. Parents will be responsible for picking up their child at Biloxi High School once they are finished. No students will be bused home after the physical is complete.
