Students from Biloxi High School finished second in the statewide We the People competition, which tests students knowledge of the U.S. Constitution.

Biloxi students, under the direction of teacher Todd Boucher, also won four of the six unit awards in the competition, which was held Feb. 13, 2009 at Mississippi State University in Starkville.
