Mayor A.J. Holloway presented certificates of achievement to players, coaches and managers for the Biloxi High Indians basketball team during the City Council meeting on Tuesday, March 17, 2009. The team, which won the District 5A state championship, received a standing ovation from members of the City Council and audience.
