Information On Demand, or IOD,
permits parents to monitor their childs attendance, discipline history, and term
grades on a daily basis. Not only can the school notify parents of potential attendance
problems, but the parent can call the school at almost any time of the day or night and
have information about their child available to them.
Parents may also access teacher
mailboxes where homework assignments, test dates, class projects, general announcements,
and much more may be found.

| Teacher mailbox codes
may be obtained by contacting your childs school and asking for the code(s). Some
schools notify parents of teacher mailbox codes through school newsletters or newspapers,
PTA Meetings, or Back To School Nights. Parents are encouraged to check teacher mailboxes
frequently.
If you have not received information explaining IOD and how to access your
childs information by touch-tone telephone, contact your childs school.
Information On Demand can only be accessed from a touch-tone telephone.
Information On Demand provides an excellent means of staying informed of your
childs attendance, behavior, homework assignments, and report card grades, as well
as activities that are occurring at your childs school. |
